At Agni Bindu Enterprises, we take utmost care in ensuring that our products reach you in perfect condition. However, in rare cases where issues arise, we provide replacements under specific circumstances. Please read our policy carefully before making a request.

Replacements are provided in the following cases:

• • Genuine defect or damage in the product received.

• • Genuine sizing issues (only for unused garments with tags). Please check the size chart before placing your order.

• • Package damaged in transit.

• • Wrong item shipped.

No replacements will be provided in the following cases:

Minor design or color variations (handcrafted/handloom products may vary slightly).

• • Products returned in a used, washed, or damaged condition.

• • If the customer changes their mind after purchase or upon receiving the product.

• • If the product is returned without prior written confirmation from us via email.

• • If the product is returned using any courier other than Blue Dart, as instructed.

1. What to do if the package is damaged?

• • If the package looks damaged, crushed, wet, or leaked from outside, do not accept it from the courier.

• • If damage is discovered after opening the parcel, please report it within 48 hours of delivery through:

• • Share clear images of the package and product along with a description of the damage.

2. Replacement Process

Step 1: Email us at agnibinduenterprises@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

• • Order number

• • Registered email ID

• • Name & quantity of damaged product

• • Description of the issue

• • Photos of the package & product

Step 2: We will review and respond within 48 hours via email.

Step 3: If approved, we will arrange a Blue Dart pickup of the product.

Step 4: Once received, we will verify the item within 3 days.

Step 5: If accepted, we will ship the replacement within 48 hours.

• • If the item is out of stock, you may choose another product or request a refund.

• • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.

3. Do you arrange product pickups?

Yes, pickups for approved returns are arranged through Blue Dart courier only.

4. Can I send the return myself?

No. Please do not send products directly. All returns must be picked up by Blue Dart arranged by us.

5. When will I receive a replacement?

Replacements are shipped within 48 hours after receiving and verifying the returned item, provided it meets the following conditions:

• • Product is unused, and undamaged.

• Original tags and packaging are intact.
• Any returned product not meeting these conditions will be rejected.

6. Can I exchange for a different product?

No. Only exact replacements are allowed.

7. Refund Policy

• • Refunds are issued within 7–10 working days after we receive and approve the return.

• • Refunds will be credited to the same UPI/card/bank account used for payment.

• • If the original payment route is unavailable, we may request a cancelled cheque for bank transfer.

8. Order Modifications & Cancellations

Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once placed successfully.
